A form based submission tool using the Toolset plugin. This is one of multiple template versions to choose from to quickly set up a site where students and collaborators can share content via form submission without creating an account and accessing the WordPress dashboard.
This version is designed around having a decorative image gallery on the homepage. The “featured image” is a requirement for students to submit to this one and have it function correctly, but the featured image is entirely decorative and will be cropped in different views. It is recommended that students use landscape images to reduce the cropping that occurs.
This version is also set up using full site editing.
Customizing
You can view how each content type will look in the gallery of sample posts. Please note that video content requires an embed link. You cannot upload videos directly to this tool.
To edit what users can submit, just delete the fields on the form you don’t need and adjust the field labels as necessary.
