This template is more for display purposes than for cloning as the template uses the Red Dragon Portfolio theme which any OpenETC website can enable from the themes section.
The theme is a full site editing theme developed with the help of students at SUNY Oneonta. It includes built in patterns and a pop up when you are creating a page suggesting potential layouts. The template linked here shows the different layout options.
The version of this theme hosted on OpenETC is a child theme of the original with modified colors from the original as well as having the SUNY Oneonta branding stripped out.
